Will my product warranty be honored by CQ Medical™?
Product warranty information is currently available on the legacy CIVCO RT™ and Qfix® websites (www.CivcoRT.com and www.Qfix.com).
Will product quality be the same?
Yes, we will still provide the same quality products.
Will the ordering process change?
The ordering process will not change immediately. Currently, orders for legacy CIVCO RT products can be sent to Order@CivcoRT.com or CRTOrder@CQmedical.com, and orders for legacy Qfix products can be sent to Sales@Qfix.com or QSales@CQmedical.com. We are working to have one unified ordering system soon.
Will the merger affect any of my payment systems or banking information?
There are no changes to payment systems or banking information with the CQ Medical name change announcement. There are no changes to account numbers or how customers pay. Invoices will continue to be listed with payment instructions.
Will the masks I currently purchase still be available through CQ Medical?
There are no current plans to discontinue any legacy Qfix or CIVCO RT thermoplastics. We will continue to offer the different lines of thermoplastics, but we are working to rebrand the names of some thermoplastic lines. Will virtual training through the Education Center still be available?
Yes, the CQ Medical Education Center is designed to simulate a clinical environment and facilitate virtual demonstrations. The center allows us to provide uninterrupted support to our clinical partners around the world. To schedule a live web-based demo or training, contact Education@CQmedical.com
Can I still get replacement parts if something breaks?
Yes, spare parts and ongoing product support for legacy products will be available except for discontinued or end-of-life systems, in which case we can’t guarantee part availability.
Will product turnaround times be delayed with the merger?
The merger will not cause any delay on lead times of our products. In fact, we have several initiatives underway to reduce many product lead times.

How do I place an order with CQ Medical?
As we work to combine legacy CIVCO RT and Qfix ordering systems, we cannot accept combined purchase orders at this time. We are diligently working towards one system. Are CIVCO RT and Qfix products compatible with each other?
